Child safety standards
SoundCheck is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to all users of our social concert platform.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use SoundCheck, as stated in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete that information promptly.
Prohibited content and conduct
SoundCheck strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, and any content or behavior that exploits children. Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
In-app reporting
Users can report concerning profiles, check-ins, photos, or messages directly in the app using the report option on any user-generated content. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes action within our enforcement guidelines.
Law enforcement and NCMEC
We comply with applicable laws regarding child safety. When we identify CSAM or credible threats to children, we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required.
